1. Scope & Applicability

• Applies to our SaaS platform (“BexoPal Platform”) accessible via web/mobile, including freemium, Pro, and Enterprise tiers.
• Users must be at least 18 and agree to these terms to use the service.

2. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

• Users must not engage in spamming, abusive interactions, prohibited content, scraping, automated bots unless authorized.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations without refund.

3. User Accounts & Content

• Account holder is responsible for all activity, credentials, and content posted via BexoPal.
• BexoPal does not endorse user content and may remove or restrict access at its exclusive discretion.

4. Service Changes & Third‑Party Dependencies

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
• Integrations with social networks depend on external APIs; changes or deprecation by third parties may impact service.

5. Fees, Trials, and Billing

• Free trial offers require payment info. Billing begins at trial end unless canceled. Auto-renews monthly or annually at plan‑rate.
• Refunds only for unused service during paid periods if termination was for platform error.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• BexoPal retains all rights to software, branding, and proprietary features. User retains rights to their own content.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Platform is provided “as‑is.” No warranties, express or implied, on uptime or fitness.
• BexoPal’s total liability capped at fees paid in the previous 3 months or €100, whichever is greater.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Specify chosen jurisdiction. Disputes resolved via arbitration or courts, customer’s choice dependent.
